Policies

Please review the suite policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with Lady Violet Esthetics, you agree to the following terms.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require accurate contact information at the time of booking.

  • Guests arriving more than 7 minutes late may be subject to a late fee and charged up to half the service amount.

    Please arrive on time for your appointment, or contact me if needed.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of the service. Accepted are: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, major credit and debit cards. (There may be a credit card fee.)

  • Clients are responsible for following all preparation and aftercare instructions. Results vary based on individual, skin, hair growth, and lifestyle factors.

Instructions and Aftercare for Pre/Post Appointments

  • Clients are required to disclose any medications, skin treatments, allergies, or conditions that may affect your service, and skin, before your appointment.

    Waxing services may not be performed on areas with compromised skin, recent sunburn, certain topical treatments, or other conditions that may increase sensitivity.

    Exfoliate skin gently 24 - 48 hours prior to body waxing appointment. Please avoid caffeine, alcohol and strong topical treatments.

    After your wax, please avoid excess sweating, touching the freshly waxed area, intense friction, and a steamy hot shower.

  • Guests are responsible for following all spray tan preparation and aftercare instructions. Final color results vary based on skin tone, skincare products, lifestyle, and aftercare.

    Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying lotions, oils, or deodorant before your appointment unless instructed otherwise. Exfoliate skin 24 hours prior to your appointment. Bringing flip flops is strongly recommended.

    After spray tan is complete, please avoid getting wet, sweating, scratching your body with nails, wearing tight and light colored clothes, and rinse off accordingly to your development time.

  • Lady Violet Esthetics is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment to every guest. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward the Esthetician, or other guests, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end and discontinue the appointment if needed. As well as decline future services.
